Ann Reardon was born Ann Price on August 16, 1975, in Western Australia.
Ann was raised in Western Australia, where she also attended school. After graduating from high school, Ann went to Curtin University in Perth, where she studied from 1992 to 1995. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science, followed by a Postgrad Diploma in Dietetics which certified her as a dietician.

Ann then relocated to Sydney, Australia, in 2009, along with her family. She is married to David ‘Dave’ Reardon, a public speaker, reporter, and novelist. Ann has three children with Dave Reardon: James, Matt, and Jedd.
The birth of her third son, Jedd Reardon, was followed by complications for the baby that saw him losing weight very quickly. At four weeks old, the baby was taken into hospital for surgery, and then Ann was advised she’d have to feed him every three hours for seven months. The treatment proved effective, and Ann’s youngest recovered.
In 2018, Ann’s eldest son James Reardon had a routine surgery. Following the surgery, James got infected with the MRSA superbug, which also brought complications of internal bleeding, an almost collapsed lung, and the possibility of sepsis. James was on a course of nine antibiotics a day following his harrowing experience and spent over three weeks in the hospital.
