Any suggestions on migraines and food? I have your cookbook and eat healthy, but cannot find the trigger for all my headaches.
I listened to your presentation with your husband, Dr. Daniel Amen, and agree with you, totally.
Coming from a home where my mother always put good health first, I followed her belief and did the same for my husband and children. At home, we never had candy, cookies, or anything with sugar. I followed the same standards, and I am happy to say, that my family is healthy and lead happy, rewarding lives. Also, we never smoked, drank, or, took drugs.
Please note that I am 83 years old and have never taken any type of medication, and have never been a hospital patient. Eating well is so important, and will give you a good life.
Thank you for sharing your story Julie. Hopefully, it will inspire others to follow your example.
