Lexi Tatman is an American TV personality. She is most well-known as a former cast member of the MTV show Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant.

- Alexis ‘Lexi’ Morgan Tatman was born in November 1999, in Montrose, Colorado, to parents Amber Jackson (mother) and Vaughn Tatman (father). She has a younger brother, Rogan. Through her mother’s second marriage, Lexi has Brandon Pratt as a stepfather.
- While studying in the junior year of high school at the Montrose High School in Montrose, Colorado, Lexi became pregnant by her boyfriend Kyler Lopez.
