- Lettice Rowbotham is a British violinist, performer and songwriter. She was one of the finalist in Britain’s Got Talent Season 8.
- Rowbotham is known for her lovable, wacky personality. Her larger-than-life performance coupled with the use of an electric violin had impressed the judges, including Simon Cowell & and also won her many fans.

- Born on 26th June 1989, Lettice lived with her artist parents in a £3 million house in Surrey, complete with a glass spiral staircase and music room.
- She describes her family as artists, creatives and hippies. Her mother is Sherree Valentine Daines, a royal painter whose impressionist paintings can often sell for up to £10,000 a piece.
- Sherre’s work have been shown at the Tate and the Barbican in London and she has painted celebrities Michael Parkinson and Joanna Lumley.
- When she was four, she saw some local buskers playing the violin. She nagged her parents for one and was furious when she was given a toy violin. She got her first proper acoustic violin and hasn’t looked back since.
- Lettice attended private schools including Charterhouse in Godalming and the Purcell School of Music in Bushey. She graduated from the prestigious Yehudi Menuhin School. She described attending Charterhouse as the best time in her life, as she was allowed to find her creative side in school.

- Lettice first burst into the scene with an electrifying audition during “Britain’s Got Talent.” Lettice admitted that she was talent scouted for the show. However, her performance was so enticing that she made it through the semi-finals and final.
- When asked whether she was nervous during the audition by the judge, she admitted she was too hungover to be nervous.
- Lettice likes to party but teetotaled during the duration of the show after seeing how she looked hungover during the audition. She felt it was probably not a good example to set for young viewers of the family-orientated show.
- She finished 8th overall in the finals, with 4% of the total vote but has since leveraged the publicity to promote herself as an artist and songwriter.
- “Britain’s Got Talent” was not the only show that talent scouted her. She was asked to appear in Made in Chelsea, a BAFTA-winning structured reality show that chronicles the lives of the young and affluent in West London.

Her family must belong to a whole botanical garden family. Having offsprings such as Peaches, Apples, Apricots, Pineapples, and Banana (watch out, being banana might be too wild) would show us how to be healthy and be a vegetarian. Married to a Leaf and bear Fruits and arisen from the Roots…..you cannot be more Green.
