- Grant Bovey is a well-known TV personality, as well as a business owner. However, the Englishman’s breakup with television presenter Anthea Turner and his bankruptcy brought him more into the limelight than ever before!

- Grant Bovey was born in Nottingham, England, in March 1961.
- Grant got married to Della Chapman in 1991. The couple went on to have three daughters.

Marriage to Anthea :
- After his marriage to Della ended, Grant married English presenter Anthea Turner in 2000. The two had been in a relationship since 1998.
- At the time, their marriage created a lot of uproar because it was sponsored by OK! Magazine. Post-marriage, the couple lived in a cosy mansion in Esher, Surrey.
- Despite several IVF attempts, Anthea was never able to bear a child of her own.
- Prior to her marriage with Grant, Anthea had separated from her husband of eight years (1990-98), DJ Peter Powell.
- Anthea & Grant split up in 2015 after they were together for 15 years. The split occurred after Grant’s extra-marital relationship with socialite Zoe de Mallett Morgan became public. Apparently, the two were dating for a few years even though he was married to Anthea.

- Bovey launched Watershed Pictures in 1989, & began producing sports videos. The VHS market was at its peak, and his business boomed.
- Some of his videos featured Nigel Mansell, an ex-Formula One motor racing champion.
- He became the producer and distributor of workout videos, along with his then wife during the 90s. Anthea Turner Body Basics was released in 1996, Anthea Turner: Tone, Lift and Condition: The Inch Buster was publicised in 1999.
- He founded, and became the CEO of Imagine Homes Ltd., in 2003.
- The company’s dealings in residential property, raked in big money, in millions! However, the global property crash of 2008 destroyed his multi million pound business.
- Inability to repay his debts worth £50 million, led to Bovey’s bankruptcy in 2010. The discharge from bankruptcy occurred a year later, by which time, Grant was forced to dispose of his £10 million Surrey estate.
- He managed three other ventures, alongside Imagine Homes Ltd. They were Veritas One; a 50/50 partnership with the Bank of Scotland, in the name of Veritas Investment; and Imagine Furnishings.

- Grant is a qualified helicopter pilot who finds flying therapeutic.
- His avid backing of the football club Chelsea is evidence of his passion for football.

- His love for engaging in charity work prompted Grant to launch the Grant and Anthea Charitable Foundation in 2006. The Foundation organises the annual Grant and Anthea Summer Ball every year in order to collect funds for diverse charities.
- Grant even participated and lost on points in a charity boxing match with comedian Ricky Gervais in 2002.
- Bovey’s participated in Celebrity Big Brother in 2016. However, his stay was short-lived, for he was evicted soon after entry! During his stint there, he flirted heavily with model Marnie Simpson, over 30 years younger than him.
