Christopher married Summer-Sage Williams in September 2012 in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Summer-Sage is a writer and has a degree in Sociology from the Eastern Connecticut State University.
He has a young daughter, Autumn Reign Dionne, born on November 12, 2007, and an elder son, Christian J. Dionne, born on November 17, 2003.

In November 2017, Christopher allegedly molested his daughter’s 10-year old friend who was there for a birthday sleepover. The girl’s mother went to the police after her daughter told her what happened.
Christopher was taken into custody on January 29, 2018, where he was charged with risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault. He was later released on bail that was set at 100,000 dollars.

From October to December 2019, he stood trial and was convicted for the charges of risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault following evidence that the court had gathered. He was sentenced to seven years in prison, which will be suspended after three years. He also has to register as a sex offender and remain on probation for ten years.
During the trial, Chris also stated that his wife Summer-Sage Williams had left the family home in Old Lyme with her two children and was set to divorce her husband.
Summer-Sage has stated on social media that she is ready to start anew.

In July 2015, Christopher appeared as a co-host with his identical twin brother Michael Dionne on the pilot episode of the HGTV show Family Flip. The show focused on the twins restoring homes on their own and through the use of as many recycled materials as possible.
The show combined Christopher’s expertise in real estate and finance with Michael’s expertise in repurposing and building. Unfortunately, the show was not picked up for a full season.

In 2017, Christopher was filming another show with his brother, this time for A&E. The show was called House Rescue, but it was canceled in the wake of Christopher’s alleged crimes.
