This is for ther producers–love the show but just a thought, Always in the script about 5 star food-but have noticed few times Hannah or Kate pouring a Coppla chard. Now, I have great admiration and respect for Francis Ford Coppola but his chard is not what you would call 5 star–not even close. My I be so bold as to suggest RAmey or Grgich Hills or Newton Napa Valley Unfiltered orCakebread or Far Niente or Rombauer or Hanzell or Rochioli. Could be many but these are all super nad range $40 to $60. Idea–what about next time a chard is called for, have steward sat to the guests–“tonight we are offer vsomething a little different–we have 3 chards for you and wold like to pour 2 to 3 ounces each time so you can taste each one and give us your thoughts. Should be fun to taste and compare.
