- An elegant and smart businesswoman, Haller is a legend in the world of antiquing and has been running a successful business for over 2 decades.
Personal Life, Parents and Family Details :
- Haller is the daughter of former football player, Helmut Haller. Helmut played 33 times for West Germany and scored 13 goals overall, including six during the 1966 World Cup.
- On 26th December, 2006, Helmut had a major heart attack and received treatment immediately. His heart problems were coupled with Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia and in October of 2012, he passed away.
- Brenda is married to fellow antiques dealer and business partner, Barrie.
Career, Salary and Net Worth :
- In 1972, the Deddington Antique Center opened its doors to the public. A few years later, it was purchased by Brenda and her husband, which later became their family business.
- Since then, the company saw several high-profile guests visit it including the King of Thailand who came with a 30-person entourage, singer, Gerri Halliwell of the Spice Girls and famous actor, Edward Woodward.
- The shop specialised in rare vintage pieces that included priceless porcelain dolls and vases made in China. The couple also sold unique furniture pieces that were a hit amongst American customers.
- In June 2020, the shop was closed for various reasons, including Brenda and Barrie’s health struggles and the COVID-19 pandemic. Brenda launched a retirement sale to clear every item out of the shop at half the price before closing down.
- In addition to running her business, Brenda is most well known for her appearance on the Dickinson’s Real Deal program for 8+ years. She has even starred alongside her husband in the movie Crying Wolf.
