At Present, MMRC do not undertake or manage to redevelop
old Building whose structure has become weak due to deep
Drilling process carried out for a long time since such Building
are not obstacle in construction of Metro station/Platform
Tenants are advised to approach MHADA. Tenants sentiments are hurt

Parvati Mansion is 108 year old Building, has under gone structural Repair for 3-4 times, work
carried out by State Repair Board.
Building had suffered moderate to high vibration from June 2017 to December 2017 due to deep
drilling carried out by MMRC very near the Building. MMRC/their approved Contractor have
inspected Building found out cracks in Tenants room, gap between wall & wooden pillars are
widening up, Wall clock has fallen down, All these are verified by MMRC/contractor. Even state
Repair Board has instructed, Building requires structural Repair.
Tenants should not be compelled to approach Maharashtra Housing & Repair Board for redevelopment, Mumbai Metro Rail corporation should manage to Redevelop Building. This shall
be fair Business, Tenant friendly approach. Tenants live under tension, fearing safety of life.
Please consider legitimate, appeal of Tenants on humanitarian ground
