  1. “”How did it come to pass that the world’s top diplomat, the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres, inadvertently sparked a diplomatic firestorm with his words?”” Oct 27, 2023 CNN. NO…this man is extremely intelligent and thoughtful.

@g-77: “the conclusion is clear; the world is failing the developing countries”

icw above: he is absolutely correct about the conflict in the middle east.

What you not mentioned is how the American military industrial complex CREATED this imbalance and extreme violence. Your uninformed, snap judgement reactions are worthless, sorry.

  2. Great article on Zelinsky…can you imagine or best leaders don’t come nuclear close to the Crimean leader. We have an awful amount of, liars, criminals, and co-conspirators in collusion. Can you tell how anyone living in Washington on a congressional salary can become a millionaire? It’s terrible to say, however, wore an army uniform for nine years, and I don’t see any difference between Trump and Putin.

The founding fathers were right, we won’t be able to keep it. Goodbye American democracy. Just thought I would cheer you up. Could be wrong about all the above.

  3. Love living under Trump! What people don’t like is that he is (justifiably) attacking those supercilious sacred cows: journalists, judges, entertainment, etc.

    Hope he gets reelected!

  4. Enjoyed Ms. Ghitis article on CNN today (26 July 19) that people are sick of feeling lousy under Trump. A little hope that next year the garbage will be taken out of the White house. Since January 2017 it has been like living in an endless barroom brawl.

Good on her travels; I’ve been to over 100 countries & 7 continents, just for fun. Enjoyed Albania too…a nice place with an interesting history!

    1. Cretin Joe,

Graduated at the bottom of every class
Wrote the crime bill that locked up African-Americans
      Union fanatic
Best friends with more white racists than anyone in recent memory.

    2. How you feeling now there Richard? Like that state of our nation under Joe? Kinda feel like I’d much rather have Trump in there instead of the current guy.
