- Raamla first graduated from Columbia University in 2003 and then worked for an off-Broadway theater in New York for a short period of time.
- In 2008, after earning her MFA in writing for film and television at the University of Southern California, Mohamed started working on popular shows such as Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal. She was also a fellow in the Disney/ABC Writing Program.
