God has to have brought this man here as a test to people’s faith. This man is not a man of God. To have raped a woman and continue to try and present himself as a man of The Lord is an embarrassment. We as His followers need to do better, be better, and hold this man accountable for his horrible actions.
Micahn’s so full of it. Rapper and a liar! He is the biggest pos I have ever met I hope God makes you pay!
It’s amazing just how little Christians know about the Word. The Word is inundated with countless sinners that God used in supernatural ways. The problem with people in the South is their judgmentalism. They are quick to point a finger and render judgment without looking at the 7 fingers pointing back.
God’s hand is on my church, make no mistake about it. At the end of the day, it’s about a relationship, and the only person that matters is Christ.
Together Church is in the Pacific Northwest. No judgement.
I started praying for Pastor Micahn and April Carter. I have been listening to his sermons and shared with my brother who is also a pastor who had a morality failure. I have heard that the Carters went through a big crisis two years ago which led me to believe that crises do not negate the purpose of God in our life…Jeremiah 29:11
I am so thankful for a church that doesn’t judge and condemn, that doesn’t turn its back on those who need it the most. Instead of trying to “root out” the truth, let’s be thankful that he has (hopefully) gotten the help he needs. I’m sure there are things in all of our pasts that we don’t want to be blasted on the Internet.
Thank God for redemption. Thank God for forgiveness. Thank God for those willing to reach out and help those that the world has turned their back on. And shame on any “Christians” who try to hold him down.
Forgive others as I have forgiven you comes to mind as I read comments on this page. So many times as Christian’s we judge sin as thou our sin is not as bad as someone else sin and afflictions, however, God sees all sin as great as the other…sin is sin no matter how small or big. Even as a Christian, being saved by the blood of Jesus Christ we will never be without sin, we are still broken people always being refined. God uses us, broken people, to testify the good news and bring the lost to Jesus.
Remember that the pastor is being used as a vessel to speak a message God wants to deliver and God will use the most broken of broken people to prove his love and forgiveness to reach those who have not been reached and also to refine our own hearts to show us where our unforgiveness and judgements harden our hearts and give satin a foothold. May God bless highlands church and also may God bring healing to those in Yakima
For me, Michan helped me in so many ways. My family went to Together Church. His messages were exactly what I needed to hear many times when I was at my lowest. He is a gifted speaker and I wish him and his family blessings and success.
We are so glad you are at HIGHLANDS!!!
Welcome to Birmingham and church of the highlands. Enjoyed the message this morning
I go to Church of the Highlands in Birmingham. I personally don’t feel leaders that have had past “moral failures” should ever be in a leadership role again.
