I would like to know what Bible that Pastor Jimmy Evens uses. I am trying to find the Bible that is the closest to the original but easier to read and I have been told it is the KJV. Please advise as I do not want to read the wrong teachings of Christ and have things left out.

When I was younger, I could NOT understand the KJV. As I got older, I kept trying it and finally understood. From what I have learned, the closest to it may be the NKJV. I found problems with NIV, etc. for example and the Amplified, etc. sounds like it comes straight out of an ignorant man’s mouth because it is almost opposite of the KJV.
Some Preachers today are throwing out ALL kinds of versions because they do NOT care. Swaggart has what he calls the Expositors Bible. It is Evil for the fact that he paraphrased a LOT of it in his own words in RED, which was reserved for JESUS if you wanted HIS words in RED. He has members pay for them and send them out to countries and ruining their knowledge of GOD’s Word. GOD BLESS!!!
I attended Trinity Fellowship Church for 20 years…Pastor Jimmy always used the NKJV, so I did, and still do, as well.

You blew my mind the other day when I listened to an older broadcast of the Joni talk show that you were a guest on. You were talking about the Revelation 12 prophecy and the Sept. 23, 2017 date it was fulfilled then you said you think that the devil was kicked out because you don’t think Jesus wants him there after the rapture and during the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Then it hit me, as I have been for 30 years trying to make better sense of the parable in Matthew 22:12 where a ‘friend’ shows up to a wedding party without the proper attire and the king kicks him out. Jesus called Judas a “FRIEND” in Matthew 26:50 when he betrayed Him and Jesus called him the son of perdition and Paul called the antichrist the son of perdition in 2 Thessalonians 2. Could this be the answer I’m looking for, even though it was the devil in Revelation 12 and the devil’s son (son of perdition) in all the others since parables are in mystery teaching form?

In Rev. 14 vs 19, the wicked are harvested and thrown into the winepress of God’s wrath. If they are harvested in chapter 14, then who are the ones who the bowls of the seven plagues are poured out on in chapters 15 and 16 of revelation. Are all of the wicked harvested in chapter 14? When Jesus returns with His saints at the end of the great tribulation, will these saints be the Bride or the Tribulation saints that will be under the heavenly throne awaiting retribution for their execution during the tribulation?
Ezekiel 28 describes various rulerships that are over cities on the earth. During the 1000 year reign of Christ, will these fallen angels continue to have authority over earthly cities or will that be the role of the glorified Church in their spiritual bodies inhabiting the mansions that Jesus is currently preparing for us?

Love listening to Jimmy. Clear, precise and authoritative concerning end of times issues. Have a question. Are the tribulation saints considered to be in the bride of Christ and will they be at the wedding supper and BEMA seat judgement.

Every time I have caught Pastor Evans on TV his preaching has instantly made me STOP what I was doing and PAY ATTENTION!! I HAVE SINCE sought out his take on God and I know God’s anointing is UPON Pastor Evans. I just finished his SEEING GOD AS HE REALLY IS……….blew me away, BLEW my concept of Who, What God is……I have lived in constant condemnation due to my own STUPIDITY and stubborn disposition……nonetheless…I have hope that God will not forsake me because of my constant CARNALITY.
