Neil Arce is a well-known figure in the Philippines, most notably for his success in Poker. He was the champion of the 2009 Asian Poker Tour Philippines, which was held at the Dusit Thani Hotel.
Personal Life, Parents and Family Details :
- Neil Arce’s family is famous for producing one of the finest quality icecreams in the Philippines. It was started by his grandfather, Ramon Arce, who started pasteurizing carabao milk and selling them in their neighborhood under the brand “Selecta.”
- Grandpa Ramon and his wife began making their own ice cream recipe with the milk, which became their business’s core product.
- In 1990, Selecta was acquired by RFM Corporation, and the ice cream recipe was changed to use cow milk instead of carabao milk.
- Who is the owner of Arce Dairy? : Ramon Arce’s youngest son, Mauro Arce, revived the family business and the original ice cream recipe in 1995 under a new brand – Arce Dairy.
- Neil is often nicknamed “Dirty Ice Cream” in the poker world because of his fame and family business.

- Neil is also a shareholder in one of Philippines’ most successful poker club, The Metro Card Club.
- Aside from his career in poker, Neil is also a part-time producer. Some of his more notable works are 10,000 Hours (2013) and Camp Sawi (2016). He won an award for the ‘Best Original Story’ at the Metro Manila Film Festival for his work on 10,000 Hours.
