Have you ever given workshops in South America specifically Ecuador with costs that are more in line with the cost of living here? Thank you
I’m pretty sure I’m alive, because of Dr. Joe Dispenza. I got 4 or 5 illnesses at the same time the Dr were telling me that I was going to be on disability, and I reversed everything thanks to him I’m so grateful. Thank you ❤️
Omg, Dr Joe Despenza is amazing.

I am a South African lady that stumbled across Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work last year. I have started with his meditation for a week now, breaking the habit of being yourself. I cannot wait to get to week 4 as already I am experiencing great results. I run my own business and I have been struggling financially for the past 5 years due to that, I have been suffering a lot of anxiety and self-doubt, questioning if I made the right choice leaving my work and if all the sacrifices and hard work will ever pay off. But this past week of meditation has brought a level of calmness and has brought hope back into my life. I really look forward to starting week 2 tomorrow morning and watching my inner life slowly transform for the better.
Which is the meditation from Dr. Joe Dispenza?
Type “Dr Joe Dispenza – meditation” into YouTube and you can find many of his wonderful guided meditations.
I just cannot seem to let go in my meditation.
I have been meditating for about 6 months and I am not getting anywhere.
I feel like I need to let go, but for some reason, I can’t. I need help.
Have you meditated with a group? Because doing it alone may not get you results.

Based on my personal experience…Take some deep breaths initially. Then observe your breath as it slows down. Don’t force. Doing this will help you relax and get into a meditative state. If thoughts come – let them. The subconscious will eventually (time may differ, and it’s okay as much time it needs) help you return to a meditative state with practice. You can also try the headspace app.
Hi Barb,
I don’t know if anyone answered your question. Sometimes there’s an inner child in us, that’s hurting and refusing to let go of certain things. It might be something you are completely unaware of. It might be something that’s dictated and largely influenced your life. It could be an experience you had as a child that didn’t know how to process and so it was internalized and processed in a negative manner. That inner child just stayed hurt and doesn’t want to let go until it’s been addressed.
There are therapy sessions with energy people that are qualified and trained in regression therapy that can help go deep and find this inner child and address the situation and allow you to let go. With Dr. Joe’s practices working in tandem it can unlock that stuck feeling and allow the energy to flow and have brilliant meditations.
I was recently looking for abundance self-hypnosis material on YouTube, which has not done much for me in the past, but worth another try. In the search, I came across some of Dr. Joe’s entries. I have viewed some of his intro material and some of the testimonial items. Some of these entries are quite impressive and give food for thought. However, I have not seen an entry for how best to begin self-healing. Any suggestions? Would reading one of his books be a way to accomplish this? If so, which one?
My wife was hospitalized in mid-November due to long-term Covid. In listening to a few of the testimonials, I can relate that she likely came down with this issue, due to pre-existing Lupus and Type 2 Diabetes conditions and high-stress levels in her life. It seems that she could really benefit from this, as well, but I did not see coverage on how to help someone else, especially someone that is hospitalized. Any suggestions for this?
Thanks
I’d recommend Joe Dispenza’s book
Becoming Supernatural to anyone who wants change! (Am typing this message rather than start the one-hour meditation that I know will do me good! Do me excellent …)
My husband was traumatically injured and an incomplete quad after hangman fix and vertebra artery occlusion. He is walking by the Grace of God’s miracle but is in so much nerve pain. Especially left foot. Calmare therapy helped some but no longer. Which book should I get for him? He hurts all day. Like his brain can’t turn off the pain signals to feet and bottom from spinal injury. Someone recommended you highly.
“Becoming Supernatural” is one of Dr Joe’s great books. It may also be very useful for your husband to attempt some of Dr Joe’s meditations which can be found on YouTube.
Aware of the brilliant Dr. Joe since “what the bleep.” Now into his meditations, Working very hard on getting rid of my Tourettes. I love dr Joe & am so grateful for how far I have come in my life.
I listen to Dr Joe Dispenza every morning and I am starting to see and feel the difference. Meditation has been one of my greatest and latest discovery. I feel so aware and alive since I started about 3 Months ago.
Are you the same Joe that grew up in Clark, NJ, and went to Johnson regional…if so, I knew you would prosper…God bless
One of the finest people I’ve learned about. HE HAS GOD within…I would like to learn how I could attend his events. Great person!
My man and I discovered Dr. Joe 3 days ago and started meditating. My man has had remarkable wins so far. Started seeking his chained lost inner child and got quite emotional. Today after meditating he looked so relieved and uplifted that I was shocked at how his whole face changed and he looked 2 years younger. We are both hooked on meditating morning and night.
I am ready to change my life and I now see how we humans are all basically suffering and that we seek to be free, happy, and love.
