- Rolex Suplico was born and raised in the Philippines. His parents are named Enrique P. Suplico (father) and Lolita D. Tupas (mother). Besides being a lawyer, Rolex’s dad was a retired judge of the RTC, while his mom was a dentist.
- He has four siblings – three sisters and one brother. His sisters are named Luz, Eva, and Leonila, while his brother is named Enrique Jr.
- Rolex is married to his wife, Riche Joy Suplico. The couple has two children including a daughter named Elsa Philippa Lolita, and a son named Tom Suplico.
- Elsa was diagnosed with Covid in March of 2021 and recovered after spending some time in a medical facility.

- After leaving this position, Suplico then became the Vice Governor of Iloilo City from 2007 to 2010.
