- Mally’s career in makeup artistry first started at Barneys New York Shiseido makeup counter and with private customers. She continued to gain popularity as a successful makeup artist, working with celebrities such as Beyoncé, Celine Dion, and Angelia Jolie.
- Later, Roncal was a long time Sephora spokeswoman for which she had to travel a lot.
- In 2004-05, Mally started her own business called Mally Beauty, after becoming tired of the globe-trotting lifestyle. Her business focuseds on “enhancing your beauty for real life” instead of concentrating on high-maintenance makeup.
- Mally Beauty offers over 1000 products, focusing on easy-to-use, everyday items, and tries to fill gaps in currently used products such as translucent powder.

Dear Roger,
Before I go any further, our condolences on Pillar’s passing. We enjoyed her company and neighbors. We heard on Molly’s success from our old neighbors Ramy and Sandy who lived in our subdivision. Your daughter, Molly, is gorgeous . When she attended my son, George, first birthday party. We still have her picture George’s birthday party. Molly looked like a beautiful doll.
Yesmin regrets our moving out of Middletown to Chicago. We came back to Chicago due to my father and sister were ill and needed someone coordinate medical needs. My sister Kathryn worked for the FBI and was the Valedictorian out of DePaul University and high IQ. We request Molly and your telephone numbers allowing us to communicate and see each other on video.

Mally’s makeup shows on QVC are so energizing and so uplifting. She makes everyone think that her makeup is not to cover up your face but to enhance all the beauty you have within as well.
