What happen to Shelly?
I do believe that Atty. Raymond Fortun should consider to serve his fellow country men, become a national lawmaker as Senator, with great effort and resilience. It is not impossible for him to grab a sit in the upper house. I myself am willing to sacrifice for his candidacy for Senate this upcoming senatorial race.
Do you manage disputes between neighbors regarding real estate? Specifically, my neighbor constructed a firewall (very high) touching our fence and without a five-foot setback in accordance with Philippine building codes. It is also in violation of the HOA’s covenants. We reside in Hawaii, and our current attorney has lost each and every case she has fought. Please contact me as soon as possible if you can assist us.
We are unfamiliar with Pampanga and how Philippine laws work, and do not comprehend why our case was lost. Our attorney’s appeal to the HSAC was rejected due to technicalities. The Fortuns were our neighbors at A Cruz St San Francisco del Monte, QC. His father was a former judge and his mother was also a lawyer. The eldest in their family is Shelly who was my sister’s buddy and they used to play piano in our house which were three houses away. I remember Shelly’s favorite piano piece was “Warm”.
Next to Shelly was Boy or sometimes they call him Freddie and his real name is Sigfried. When Sigfried was still a student at UP, he was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer. I can tell that Sigfried was a very smart guy because he was always talking in English and not talking in Tagalog. I also remember that they have another brother who was taking medicine in UST during that time in 1981 or 1982.
I don’t exactly remember his name but I guess they call him Archie. But later on I found out that there was another lawyer in the family by the name of Raymond which turned out to be Archie! Their Lola used to tell me stories that the smartest in the family was their eldest sister, Shelly. I always see their father wearing a skirt (which I think was a traditional custume in Mindanao).
