Karen Tso is a native of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Now in her mid thirties, Karen celebrates her birthday on September 13 every year.
Her ‘secret’ partner Hector Thompson, was revealed in an Instagram post on June 14, 2015. She awarded the tag of ‘official husband’ to him in January 2019. They had married at the Ritz Hotel in London.

The couple has a daughter named Isabella.

Soon after her graduation, Karen decided to become a general news reporter for the Australian Associated Press (AAP).

In 2005, she took up the role of finance reporter for Nine Network.

She also took up coverage of horse racing events, as a correspondent, for both, ABC and Nine Network.
