Madhu Sapre is a supermodel actress from India who won the Miss India Universe contest in 1992. She was also the runner-up in the Miss Universe contest that year.
Being a Marathi girl, she initially had difficulties in English as she spoke with a heavy accent. After her marriage, she now speaks 4 languages – Hindi, Marathi, Italian, and English.
She was rumored to be dating Model Milind Soman before her marriage to Italian businessman Gian Maria.

She started as a model in 1990. Her first prestigious campaign was as the Garden Vareli girl. Her professional portfolio was done by ace photographer Gautam Rajadhyaksha in 1990.
