- Tana Ramsay (maiden name Tana Hutcheson) was born in 1974 in Croydon, Surrey, England.
- She married Gordon Ramsay on December 21, 1996, and together they have four children: the eldest Megan Jane Ramsay (born in May 1998), twins Jack Scott Ramsay & Holly Anna Ramsay (born in January 2000) and Matilda Ramsay (born in Nov 2001)
- Tana was pregnant in 2016, but unfortunately lost the child in the 5th month. Tana’s eldest daughter Megan ran a marathon in the memory of the baby.
- The youngest daughter Matilda also hosted her own show like her dad titled ‘Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch.’ The show received nominations for 2 BAFTA awards as well.

- In 2006, Tana released her first book called Family Kitchen: Simple and Delicious Recipes for Every Family through the publisher Harper Collins.
- In 2007, she followed up with Tana Ramsay’s Real Family Food, and in 2009 she released an updated version of it called Tana Ramsay’s Real Family Food: Delicious Recipes for Everyday Occasions.
- Her second book & its upgrade did not do as well as her first, as many critics cited that the recipes were a little too simple and lacked some of the originality put out by the first book.
- In 2008, she released Home Made: Good, Honest Food Made Good, and just a year later she released Tana’s Kitchen Secrets.
- Her latest book was released in 2011 was simply titled, I Love to Bake.

- After marrying celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Ramsay appeared alongside her husband in many TV shows, and also on her own as a celebrity figure.
- She first appeared on TV on her husband’s show about chasing a third Michelin star. It was called Gordon Ramsay: Beyond Boiling Point.
- She then became a part of the TV documentary The F Word.
- Ramsay appeared as a guest on multiple other shows, such as the series Cooking the Books and Saturday Kitchen, then became a contestant on the show Dancing on Ice in 2010.
- She’s also appeared on Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Christmas, Masterchef, and on Gordon’s hit show Hell’s Kitchen.
