Allison began dating musician and member of the band, The Black Crowes, Chris Robinson less than three years after he filed for divorce from actress and Hollywood A-lister, Kate Hudson.

Chris and Kate had married in 2007 and divorced in 2007 and have a son named Ryder Robinson together (born in 2004). After the marriage ended, Kate had a son Bingham Hawn Bellamy with musician Matt Bellamy. They were engaged & later split.

After graduating from college, Allison decided to continue working in the photography and arts industry and briefly tried her hand at Fashion Modelling. At this point, she was still practicing yoga and was fascinated by the idea of teaching yoga.

She eventually enrolled in the Jivamukti Yoga Training Course for aspiring yoga teachers and became a certified instructor in September 2003.
Immediately after become a certified Jivamukti yoga instructor, Allison began teaching a few classes and soon, they began to expand with more people enrolling. She continues to be a popular instructor and enjoys incorporating her passion for music in all of her sessions.
Allison loves to combine the physical aspects of yoga with the spiritual aspects as a way of teaching students to become more positive about impacting social change in their own lives and communities. She spends a lot of time planning each individual class and fully dedicated to enriching each student’s experience as much as she possibly can.

Since taking up Yoga professionally, Bridges has had little time to focus on modelling and since becoming a wife and a mother, she enjoys keeping her schedule as simple as possible.
