  1. Taryn, I’ve been watching Philly sports for almost 40 yrs now, I’m 38 now. It was different when females started entering the sports world. Seeing female sports anchors took a while to get used to. But when you have professionals like Taryn to watch…all I can say is you do an excellent job, and you have helped pave the way for a smoother path for females that want to enter the previously male-dominated sports news world.

You have opened a lot of doors that used to be not only closed but locked to most females, so keep up the good work. Lastly, I lived at the Jersey shore when I was a kid…and I worked at Mac N Mancos. You’re absolutely right, best pizza around

  2. As the father of three girls, I love seeing a female hit it in local sports broadcasting Taryn has model looks, but more importantly is very good at her job and a pleasure to listen to and watch. A very nice personality. I love the fact that the Flyers are using a “home grown” talent.

  3. You are so hot. I think your best Female broadcaster in Philly…are you seeing anybody just asking!

P.S. I love the Flyers there the best and you make them a lot better.

    Your number one fan,
    Pauley.

Keep up the good work and stay safe

  4. By showing up with the Flyers you have made the Eagles problems less annoying! You will go far.

    Good luck and Go Army!

  5. I find it amazing to see a female host for the Flyers. Taryn’s knowledge of the game is impeccable. As a father of two girls, it is good for them to see anything is possible for them as far as careers go.

Thank you for your insight of the game and just know you are an amazing role model for girls who love sports and want to follow in your footsteps (as well as the other women in the field).

  6. Taryn, you have so much charisma and are stunningly beautiful as well. I enjoy every broadcast you are on. I am so focused when you are on the screen. Keep up the good work…you’re a natural.

  7. Watching the Flyers games are always more enjoyable to watch because of Taryn. She is knowledgeable, very professional, classy, and easy on the eyes. Nice to see SportsNet using local talent.

  8. As Taryn’s fifth-grade teacher, I knew she was destined for greatness. She excelled in all her ventures while lifting up all around her. No doubt, her parents were the quintessential role models.

  9. I really enjoyed Teryn as the morning jost on Sportsnet, and then *poof* –
    I didn’t see her anymore.
But, I was watching the Flyer’s game and *poof* – there she was.
I have watching sportsnet philly for > 30 urs & and have always appreciated how they stick with their ppl, ie Ron Burke, Leslie Gudel, Dei &! Coach Lynam, Mark Zumoff, Wheels, Whitey and Harry the K – too many to list, but it really helps viewers to see the same folks like that. Feels like family!
Hatcher’s a keeper, ; let’s hope she’s on NBC Sportsnet Philly for a long time!
Ps – props to Barkann, Amy Fadool and Ricky Bo too!
