- Stacey was born on December 30, 1978, and was raised by a single mother.

Dating, Marriage and Children :
- On May 3rd, 2010, Stacey married her husband, Larry, in a private Caribbean ceremony at the Grace Bay Club. Due to it being a destination wedding, only 25 members of her friends & family attended, but she has said her wedding day was the best day of her life.
- Together, the couple has two sons. Benjamin was born in 2007, and Larry Jr was born in 2011.

- After leaving that role, she worked as a producer for WFMZ TV until 2000.
- From 2000 – 2001, Stacey briefly worked as a producer, anchor, and reporter for WVVA-TV in Bluefield, West Virginia.
- Beginning in 2000, Stacey became an anchor for a weekday morning and noon newscast with WBRE-TV. She also produced the noon cast.
- By early 2001, she was promoted to a weekend anchor. She was able to host several telethons for both the Let’s Make A Wish Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network in this role.

- She initially heard about the job in 2013 from her yoga instructor in New York, who did part-time modeling for the QVC network.
- She knew Stacey was between jobs and suggested she go for a QVC hosting role.
- Stacey initially felt like she would not be able to do this role; however, her husband reminded her that she would be selling items she used, so she would be fine if she kept it relatable.
- In the summer of 2013, QVC hosted an open casting call, which she attended. She impressed the judges and made it to the next round. After 3 more rounds of auditions, it was announced that she was successful.
- She has said that working for QVC has changed her life, as they are a company that understands her desire to put her family first, and they don’t punish her or limit her options because of that.
- During the COVID-19 lockdown, Stacy was let go from QVC along with some other hosts. However, she didn’t reveal many details, but her disappointment was clearly visible, as she posted a picture of four bottles of wine with the caption – “I just may drink all 4 of these tonight…#winemakesitbetter #roséallday,” she posted on Instagram. Many of her fans posted emotional messages for Stacey after her departure.
- On July 30, 2020, soon after leaving QVC, Stacey started her own YouTube channel titled Savor it With Stacey. She even changed the name of her social media accounts to @savoritwithstacey. Stacey mentioned that she wants to align her social media handles to the new chapter of her life.
