Shannon Smith was my FAVORITE Host on HSN! I really miss her sweet personality and how informed she was with the products. Shannon worked so well with Andrew Lessman. Some of the new people on HSN/QVC aren’t worth watching! You made a BIG MISTAKE letting Shannon Smith go!!! I’ve been with HSN AND QVC for 25 years and I DON’T LIKE YOUR NEW CHANGES OVER THE PAST YEAR!
