Well, that is what happened with Rachel Wyse, ever since she linked her lot with Tim Gredley, who topped the “Young Rich List” brought out by the Sunday Times in 2016!
Personal Life, Parents and Family Details :
- Rachel lives in London now. However, she is a true Dubliner. The Irishwoman was born on January 22, 1985, at Rotunda Hospital in Blackrock.
- She was barely two years old when her father took her to see the Dublin Horse show. Horses, therefore, became her passion.
- Con Power, who maintained a stud farm at Summerhill in Co Meath, trained her.
- She is also the younger sister of Ross and Gillian.
- In mid-2017, Wyse got engaged to a multi-million business owner named Tim Gredley. A couple of years later, in Jan 2019, the couple tied the knot at the stunning Adare Manor.
- In an announcement on 8th March 2020, Wyse and her husband Tim Gredley revealed they were expecting their first child. she gave birth to her adorable daughter named Isabella on 24th July 2020.

- After her graduation, she became the producer and presenter of her own cultural and entertainment programme.
- This included hosting the Show Jumping Ireland Premier Series on TG4, Sky Sports and Horse & Country TV, from 2008-2009.
- Rachel has also associated with Leinster Rugby TV.
- Xccelerate on 3E was Ireland’s sole domestic motoring show. Rachel became its co-presenter.
- The turning point in Rachel’s life was the signing of a contract with Sky Sports in 2010, for anchoring their international sports channel.

- Rachel loves to read diverse types of sports magazines and books.
- She has filmed interviews with many famous sports personalities. They include Juan Mata, a player for Manchester United; Brian O’ Driscoll, the Irishman, who plays international rugby; and Katie Taylor, the Olympic boxer.
- She is truly lucky to obtain ‘free’ entries to Wimbledon and Olympic events!
- As a columnist for the Irish Independent, she presents interesting opinions on varied sports. The column appears every Saturday, titled, “Wyse on Sport.”
- Rachel also participates in international competitions involving horses. She was part of the Irish National Circuit, as well as the European Showjumping Championships.
Social Activity and Charity Work :
- In 2011, Rachel entered her horse in a charity race organised on St. Patrick’s Day at Cheltenham.
- Her efforts fetched £60,000 for cancer research in the UK. This prompted the House of Lords to issue a special invitation, wherein she was awarded public recognition.
- In 2014, Wyse agreed to be ambassador at The Cheltenham Festival.
- Rachel Wyse has found an apt partner in Tim Gredley. Tim shares her love of horses, going so far as to represent Great Britain in international events.
