- Rachel grew up in Battery Park City, New York.
- Her interest in meteorology began in middle school after doing a school project on clouds, which she detested until she completed it.
- Growing up, she has always dreamt of becoming a meteorologist like Mr. G (New York’s most popular weatherman), who she grew up watching. Getting a chance to work with him is like a dream come true for her.
- Rachael attended Pennsylvania State University from where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology with a major in Forecasting.
- She is also a member of the National Meteorological Honor Society Chi Epsilon Pi.
Married Life and Children :
- Apart from being a celebrated news personality, Rachel is married to Aram Bolduc, who is a sales manager for MegaPath Inc, a telecom & technology company on the East Coast.
- In January 2012, at a CrossFit Gym, Rachael Frank and Aram Bolduc exchanged greeting in passing.
- It was not until some gym members went out after their workouts that they met and began talking. In December 2012, Aram proposed in Las Vegas when he had joined Rachel’s family in Las Vegas to celebrate Hannukah.
- Aram and Rachel had their wedding on September 21, 2013, in Las Vegas at the Bellagio Fountains, in an evening ceremony.
- The couple are parents to two children, a son Andon Allan Bolduc & a girl by the name Blake Marilyn Bolduc.

- Rachel has worked for various TV stations, some of which include; PIX11 News, where she delivered the weather forecast during the Morning News & deliver reports on weather and environment.
- In 2008, October, she worked for WFMZ in Allenton, PA, where she was the Weekend Meteorologist. Before this, she was working at WICU in Erie, PA, where she worked as the Weekend Meteorologist.
- In 2011, she was awarded the Emmy Award for Best Meteorologist in New England, and in 2013 she was again nominated for the same award.

- Rachael’s husband, Aram Bolduc, did not know she was a TV personality when they met since he rarely watched news up until they started dating.
- The pair owns a CrossFit center in Newington where Aram leads the classes. He is a holder of a number of instructor qualifications from CrossFit leads programs.
- She has completed Tough Mudder which is a 10 mile obstacle course designed by British Special Forces.
- Rachel says she is a doubter, she doubts her decisions. She says the only decision she does not doubt is her decision to marry Aram.
- The couple loves animals and they own a dog, a turtle and a small zoo cat.
- Rachel is a member of The National Weather Association and American Meteorological Society (AMS).
