By watching the Antiques Roadshow with Paul, I have developed a personal interest in antiques. You get a great picture of its history in both manufacture and usage.
Hi Paul, can you help me. Found a navy jacket, with H Plane @crown all in red. Hope you can help
Paul Laidlaw is simply fantastic.
Whatever programme he is appearing on he is not only so knowledgeable, open and honest he seems like such a genuinely nice guy.
A big favourite of both mine and my partners, we also love his sense of humour and fun – very entertaining as well as informative.
He definately warrants having his own television show but I’m not sure he would take that on as it seems he is such a decent family orientated man…
Is Paul Laidlaw related to Daniel Laidlaw, the piper of loos?
Just totally enjoy Mr. Laidlaw & his expertise & good humor on all the shows, as I do all the other experts who regularly appear. If only I had my life to live over again, I would’ve gone into this business because I too, as Mr Laidlaw, enjoy the hunt & the history of all these wonderful objects.
I love watching the antique programmes, especially when Paul Laidlaw is on them. He inspires me with his knowledge. He is very entertaining and so knowledgeable. I can’t wait to scour the antique shops.
