- Kristen was born in April 1984 and raised in O’Fallon, Missouri, along with her siblings.
- She is a 2002 graduate of Fort Zumwalt West High of O’Fallon, where she was selected for the All-American National Cheerleading Association.
- In 2007, Kristen graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in both Theater and Journalism and was a Delta Gamma sorority member.
