Before entering the broadcasting world, Kristen had helped out as a receptionist in her family business.

Keogh got her first taste of Broadcast journalism while she was still in college. She, a rookie, was given a microphone and allowed to be an in-game host and online reporter for the Arizona Coyotes. She was also a cheerleader for the team. She continued to be the team’s in-game host well after graduating Arizona State University, staying until 2010. She covered Arizona State athletics for Fox Sports Arizona, wherein she even produced a magazine show.
In mid-2010, she moved to Dayton, Ohio, where she was hired by the ABC 22. She worked there as a morning anchor and sportscaster for a year and a half before moving back to her home state of Arizona in October 2011. By 2012, she was firmly planted at the Fox 10 news desk in Phoenix, where she served as a weather and news anchor for three years.
Later, she headed to the Midwest to work for WKEF/WRGT as a morning anchor and sports reporter. This was followed up by a stint at KSAZ as their weekend news and weather anchor and reporter.

In 2014, Keogh began a new role. She became a press secretary for Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s Office. But in 2015, she left that position and began reporting news and weather at ABC 10 in San Diego, while simultaneously earning a degree online in Meteorology from Mississippi State University. She stayed in San Diego until 2017.
After San Diego, Kristen packed up and moved back to Phoenix, joining the Fox 12 news team. There she was the weather anchor, as well as the host of two sports programs: Cardinals Locker Room and Soccer Sunday.
Besides the anchoring work, Kristen also has her own production company, Kristen Keogh Productions, which was established sometime in 2017.

Currently, she is still working for Fox 12. Besides, she also works as a digital content creator for the Social Network Television (stnTV). She is also back to being an in-game host for the Arizona Coyotes.
