  • Jahmai started his proper career in sports journalism as an Anchor and Reporter for KXXV News in August 2008 based in Waco, TX. He soon took over the position as Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter after only eight months. At KXXV, Jahmai prepared a detailed sportscast on various sports in the state of Texas. During the week, he used to undertake enterprise, report, produce, write, edit, and shoot out sportscast content.
  • In August 2010, Webster started working at KITV4 based out of Honolulu, Hawaii. He provided daily reports on local sports, University of Hawaii athletics, high school sports. He focused mainly on surfing, canoe paddling, various other watersports, and special events like the NFL Pro Bowl.
  • In September 2014, Jahmai moved to KMGH in Colorado to serve as an Evening Reporter and Anchor.   • During a podcast interview in September 2020, Webster told an interesting story about his academic years. He was doing a story on the girls’ basketball team. There was an uprising against the coach for biased behavior and mistreatment. Jahmai won an award for ‘Best Reporting’ for this story.
