- Ciara lives in Dublin, Ireland with her husband TV producer Richard Stearn whom she married in 2017. The couple has a daughter together.

- Ciara was born in 1982 and grew up in Letterkenny in County Donegal.
- While at school, she auditioned for the part of Sandy in ‘Grease’ but didn’t get it, which devastated her. This had always been a sore point until she appeared as Sandy on ‘Battle of the Stars’ raising funds for breast cancer, a cause close to her heart.
- On leaving school at 17, Ciara started out studying law at the University College Dublin. She liked the research and the ‘acting’ in the courtroom.
- Before she completed her law studies, Ciara went to London to study Broadcast Journalism at the London School of Communications.
Career, Income, Salary and Net Worth :
- Ciara began working in the media at the age of 21 as a researcher for ITV. She worked on shows such as ‘I Am A Celebrity’ and ‘Celebrity Love Island’ where she got sent to Fiji. It was these experiences that made Ciara think life in the media was the one for her.
- In 2006, after three years as a researcher in London, Ciara returned to her native country of Ireland to take up a job at the daily news and current affairs program Newstalk Breakfast.
- Ciara’s reports on a variety of topics generated headlines, and this got her noticed as a credible media star.
- She started making and producing a range of documentaries from looking at the lives of a popular Irish political family to trying to find justice for murder.
