My husband and I never miss your Sunday broadcasts. Your knowledge of pets, particularly dogs, has helped us with our newest pup, Reggie. We met you at a picnic of our friend Judi Barton in Carversville and you were lovely. This was many years ago. We just learned Judi passed away in 2021 but we cherish our memories.
Thank you,
Gale and Gary Egoville.
I didn’t see Marvin today. Is he OK? I love him and look forward to seeing him on Sundays
Carol, you were a true celebrity on Philly TV. You devotion to animals is tremendous. Long life and I toast you for a wonderful career and life: Skol!
I’m glad somethings never change. Well kinda. I’ll never forget that halo shot one weekend. For those who didn’t catch the picture, Carol was doing weather inside via Chromakey and a sunrise was perfectly framed from NJ. Silly me to think an angel is doing the weather. I know Carol is a very well grounded angel. It’s always neat to know I can bank on setting my watch on Sunday mornings when Carol does another “pet” segment. By “no stretch” necessary of the imagination, Carol always delivered the weather with some zinger to add some fun to an otherwise normal sunrise. “From Sea To Shining River” stands out as a warm wake up call to go get another cup of Joe. Happy Birthday Carol. Call my memory unpredictable. Time flies when you’re having fun huh? Carol is one timeless kid in a candy store. Like a mailman, rain…shine…sleet…snow…ice, Carol delivered on time.
Never a dull moment watching Carol. No kidding. Cut……print……rewind….no edit necessary
