Brooke pursued a brief professional career in Germany’s Malburg Marlin before being forced to retire at 21 due to a back injury.

Upon returning to her old college campus for a visit, Brooke realized her interest in sports broadcasting.
In 2003, the retired athlete became a women’s college basketball analyst with ESPN Regional. Eventually, she worked as an analyst for many sporting events, both men and women.
Since then, she has worked with many popular sports channels, including Fox Sports, WGN, NBC Sports, CBS Sports, Big Ten Network, WNBA, MLS and Sporting News.
