  1. She needs to lose her job. It’s not acceptable! That word doesn’t just roll off your tongue unless your tongue and mouth are you used to saying it!!! I’m so upset and tired of it!!! NBC do the right thing and fire her immediately!

  2. She needs to be terminated from her job immediately. If we as Afro-Americans had said something racist we would have been terminated immediately. I guess white people can say things that they want to say and not be held accountable for their actions. That comment has really made me realize that this world still puts white people on a high rise. So sad.

  3. NOBODY UTTERS A WORD UNLESS THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH IT.
GET REAL – SHE HAS UTTERED THE WORD BEFORE.

IT JUST SLIPPED OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME ??##!!

  4. Cheyenne Bradley Scoby

In my humble opinion, that was a mistake. For her to purposely utter a racial epithet doesn’t make sense. Folks, let’s not get it all in a bunch.

  5. It was an honest misspoke. A New Yorker and probably a Knick fan who merged lakers and knicks in her mindset. I listened to video many times and this is my honest appraisal.

  6. So it was a tongue fumble? Your tongue only remembers the words it has spoken many times before. Wow!

  7. I ran the clip over and over 10 times and I hear ‘Nakers’. Nobody’s perfect. I wish people weren’t so quick to accuse. Sad.

  8. Wow! Chick just ended her career with her disparaging LA Laker comment while reporting the tragic death of Kobe Bryant
, his daughter and 3 others.
