Alex Hammond (maiden name Alexandria A Hammond) is a well-known UK based sports reporter and presenter, working mainly for Sky Sports.
Besides being a general sports reporter, Alex also presents on Sky’s ‘At the Races’ Channel due to her in-depth knowledge of horse racing.

Alexandria A Hammond (or Alex Quinn, which was her married name from 2007 to 2009) was born on 13th May 1974 in Sheffield.
Alex was married briefly to her long-term boyfriend, Richard Quinn, a Scottish Jockey. The union ended amicably after only 19 months, but the pair remained good friends.

Her marriage to Richard was her second one. Previously, she was married to Mickey Hammond, a Surrey-based horse trainer.
