I’ve wanted to tell you these two things, but HSN no longer takes calls. First off I saw you at Marshall Field’s while on a break from Jury duty in downtown Chicago. I couldn’t get in the State Street entrance and went around to the Jackson side. I asked a clerk what was going on. That first level was packed with women. She told me that Adriene Arpel was here doing makeovers. I went to the balcony to look down and watch. I didn’t know who you were. But I sure do now!
I’ve been using your products for years. I am almost 78 years old. When I go to the doctor, it happens almost every time, Honest. Thinking it’s a typo, they come and ask to see my driver’s license.
