Nirmiti Sawant is a Marathi Actress most famous for her comic roles in films and television serials. She debuted in the movie Bindhast directed by Chandrakant Kulkarni.

Her most popular roles were for the TV show Kumari Gangubai and the natak Jau Bai Jorat, which were both very popular in the early 2000s. The TV show, Kumari Gangubai, in which Paddy was her co-star became so popular that it was later also made into a film.

She also starred with Dilip Prabhavalkar in the natak Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi.

She is mostly known for her loud comic roles. She won a Kala Gaurav Puraskar in 2011.
