Aditi Bhagwat is a dancer, dance teacher & actress, who was born and raised in Mumbai.

Coming from a Marathi family rich in the music tradition, Aditi started learning the classical dance of Jaipur style “Kathak” when she was just four years old. Padmashri Dr. Roshan Kumari was her guru. Moreover, she has training in Odissi under the teacher Jhelum Paranjpe.

Aditi has completed a degree in Masters of Psychology. Her mother Ragini Bhagwat was also trained in classical singing.

Few of the awards won by her are the Nalanda Nritya Nipun Puraskar & the One Beat Fellowship from USA. She also runs her own dance training academy and visits other countries regularly to conduct training workshops as well as shows there.

Though dance is her primary passion, she has acted in over 8 – 10 films and a few TV shows as well. Chalu Navra Bholi Bayko in 2001, was her debut movie. In 2016, she played the lead role in Gajendra Ahire’s movie Shasan opposite Bharat Jadhav.
