Pravin Tarde is a well-known director, actor, producer, scriptwriter, screenwriter and filmmaker working in Marathi Film Industry.
He grew up in Jateja village in the Pune district of Maharashtra.

Personal Life : Parents, Family and Education

Parents : Pravin’s Father’s name is Vitthal Tarde.
Tarde completed his schooling from Bharti Vidyapeeth’s More Vidyalaya in Pune.

He completed his further studies from Yashwantrao Mohite College in Pune, Maharashtra .
He did his double graduation in Law (LLB) from ILS Law College in Pune, Maharashtra.
At the time of his marriage to his wife Snehal, Pravin was quite poor and lived in a 10×10 room. However, after his financial condition improved, he gave his wife a flat as a gift on their wedding anniversary.

Work, Career, Salary and Net Worth :

Pravin didn’t have any background in the world of acting, however, he was actively participating in all types of sports activities. He was a winner of many elocution competitions during his college days, all over Maharashtra.
In 1995, while studying in Yashwantrao Mohite College, his friend- Pralobhan Kulkarni- called him to practice in the Purushottam Kandak Ekankika tournament as a substitute of one of the actors, Surendra Dhomne as he was unwell. The impact of his acting was so intense that Pralobhan convinced Pravin Tarde to start working as a full-time Natak actor.

In late 2000s, Tarde came to Mumbai where he wrote many TV series like Kunku and Pinjara. As a writer, he has written a few TV series also screenplays and dialogues of many feature films.
However, Pravin truly received stardom, when he directed Deool Band, which was one of the biggest hits of 2015. Mulshi Pattern was his second film as a director, in which also worked as an actor. This film too was a big hit.

In 1995, Pravin participated in the ‘Nandu Marathe BodyBuilding Competition’ as a bodybuilder.
He was active in sports since his younger days and has been a National Level athlete in Kabbadi and Softball. Now too, he is a fitness freak and does daily workout in gym.
His height is around 5 feet 7 inches.

In 2018, due to the some misunderstanding of Marathi film ‘Mulshi Pattern,’ three men assaulted Pravin Tarde in his office.
In the 2019 Vidhan Sabha elections, he was offered a ticket by many parties to contest the election. However, he declined the offers saying that he had no experience in politics, and would like to focus on the world of movies.
