Amazing voice and talent…It’s Howie glad came to know about ur talent…Go, Courtney!
You have quite a few facts wrong. Danny Jones was the only one that turned for Courtney. “Hard to handle” is the name of the song written by 3 people one of which was Otis Reading. Black Crows covered it later on which is closer to the version Courtney did with her own twist of it. The family did not get together to decide what talent show was next after the voice kids UK. It’s believed AGT contacted them to invite her to AGT. The song performed at voice kids by Tina turner was called Nutbush city limits. She had already been performing in open mic contests. She wasn’t discovered at school first. But that did help her gain some popularity.
Courtney, you have already sold an iTines record and an LP record if they put it on vinyl. I am 65 and live in the US and have missed Janis Joplin for 48 years. I love your voice. Keep on going
The inimitable Courtney Hadwin’s debut on ‘America’s Got Talent’ was actually a cover of ‘Hard to Handle’, by ‘The Black Crowes’, not Marvin Gaye, or whatever song you mentioned in the article here. Deborah, you are right that Otis Redding also performed ‘Hard to Handle’, and actually did it earlier, in 1964.The best remembered, and definitely the one that the stunning Ms. Hadwin’s performance is more closely stylized after is the ‘Black Crowes’ however, from 1990.
Sorry Bill The Black Crows were babies when Otis Redding wrote Hard to Handle.
Actually, the song is great but this girl Courtney is something very special growing in the music world with a great performance, it does not matter the song.
Self, her?
It’s you! 😉
Otis Redding performs Too got to handle not Marvin Gaye.
The lights of you have missed the point she’s an actual rockstar, not a popstar. She’s beautiful, she’s so young and her voice is amazing to give missed the point it’s not about the seven who sang “what first whatever” it’s about a child absolutely killing it with amazing voice and songs. I love her she’s the best all the best and there’s nothing about any of her performances that is wrong she’s astounding and she still a baby more talented than any of those Twatt’s like Britney Spears or whomever she is Astounding. Absolutely brilliant.
To Courtney-You are so beautiful
