Trishna was born on 15th December 1988 in Kuwait City. She was born and brought up there.
She studied till her twelfth standard in Kuwait in the Indian Community School in Computer Science.

Thereafter, she came to India and pursued her B.Tech degree from ICFAI Institute of Science and Technology in Hyderabad.
She also has finished a SSE certificate from Satyam Computer Services Ltd in November 2007.

Trishna is most popular for her role as Archana Singh in Jango (2016), she has also been part of Light Shade Red in the year 2012 where she played the role of Chanda.
Light Shade Red was based on the lives of 5 women who are brought to Sonagachi, Asia’s largest red light districts. Jango was the spine chilling tale of how a contract killer is faced with his Karma and his attempt to redeem himself. It was directed by Adam Avil and starred Mukesh Asopa, Sanjeev Jaiswal among others.

Though Trishna can now be seen in TV serials and movies, she debuted on the screen by appearing as a contestant on the singing reality show ZEE Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Kolkata.
After her debut on-screen for the show she moved to the Bengali Film Industry in the year 2009 where she began by appearing in numerous soap operas and short films.
